Jeff is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 40 years’ experience of both commercial and residential property management across all sectors. He has extensive experience of residential leasehold property management with specialist expertise relating to the management and sale of leasehold retirement properties.
Jeff is the author of the Section 20 Consultation section on iSurv, the lead author of the property management section within the RICS UK Residential Property Standards (“The Blue Book”) and the RICS Good Practice Guide on Mixed – Use Property Management. He is currently engaged as the Technical Author of RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (4th Edition). He is a regular Chairman and speaker at Conferences and can provide services as an expert witness.
Jeff is available for Consultancy and bespoke Training within the Property Management, Home-ownership and Residential Sales sectors. Through a network of Associates we can also draw on significant extra specialist skills and widespread experience as and when required.
Lily has experience working in estate agency, private sector leasing and development management for housing associations.
Lily has BSc(Hons) Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management and is currently completing her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
